Frequently asked questions

  • Where is my package?

When your order is being sent from us, we will send you a tracking link. We ship with GLS and you can track your package there.

  • How do I design my own competition number?

We are working on creating a "design your own" system here. Until then, you can either choose one of the existing competition numbers that closely resembles what you want and write in the comments what you would like to be different.

  • Information we need about the number in order to design it for you:

- Color of the leather
- Color of the edging
- How should the front be decorated, with pipes or SW Crystals? Describe color choices
- Should a name be engraved ?
- Email it to us, and we will contact you to confirm everything we agree on before starting anything.

  • How long does it take for my number to be ready?

We always strive to send out your order as quickly as possible. Since everything is made to order and handmade, the process takes a little longer than mass production. As a starting point, it takes 7 working days for your package to be ready to be shipped from here. If there are longer delivery times, we will notify you when ordering.

  • Can I pick up my package from you?

Yes, that is possible, but only by appointment. If you choose click & collect in your order, you will receive an email from us with a time for when it is ready for pickup. Pickup should be done at our workshop and seamstress located at Hjedsbækvej 403, 9541 Suldrup.

  • How big are your competition numbers?

The oval ones with 3 digits measure 11.5 cm in width and 9 cm in height. The round ones measure 10 cm in diameter. The numbers with 4 digits measure 13 cm in length and 10 cm in height.

  • How do I maintain the edge of my white competition number?

If the edge of your competition number becomes frayed or worn, you can use a lighter to carefully run along the edge. The frayed ends will shrink and make the edge look neat again. However, be careful not to accidentally burn off your number. Too much flame or slow hand movement can result in a darkened edge on your number.
